The professional services firm said it has appointed Julie Page as chief executive (CEO) of the EMEA region, inclusive of the UK, effective from 15 November.
The firm said the current EMEA CEO Eduardo Dávila would leave the firm at the end of 2023 “to pursue the next chapter of his career”.
Aon president Eric Andersen explained: “As we continue to go further, faster with our 3×3 plan to accelerate our ‘Aon United’ strategy, operating as one united region will simplify our organizational structure to be even more responsive to client need and create additional opportunities for our colleagues.
“With more than thirty years of experience spanning our risk capital and human capital capabilities, Julie is well positioned to partner with leaders in the region to deliver on our 3×3 plan and further develop leading colleague and client experiences.”
Aon’s 3×3 plan was announced at the end of last month and pledged to deliver three key commitments over the next three years.
The commitments included promises to leverage Aon’s new simplified solutions line structure of its risk capital and human capital business units; embed its enterprise client strategy across the organisation to give its large and mid-market clients a single account executive across solution lines; and to accelerate Aon Business Services to standardise operations, build integrated platforms and “innovate at scale”.
