December 16, 2011, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama, in MORTGAGES Book 3846 and Page 957; being modified by Modification and

Extension Agreement in MORTGAGES Book 4510 and Page 83; the undersigned PNC Bank, National Association, successor by merger to BBVA USA, formerly known as Compass Bank, as

Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the

Courthouse at Opelika, Lee County, Alabama, on March 2, 2023, during the legal hours of sale, all of its rights, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Lee

County, Alabama, to-wit: Unit Number 608 of Asbury Hills Condominium, a condominium located in Auburn, Lee County, Alabama, as established by that certain Declaration of

Condominium, dated May 28, 1999, which is recorded in Condo Book 5A, Page 445 et seq., and that certain Amended Declaration of Condominium dated August 31, 1999, which is recorded

in Condo Book 5A, Page 472, et. seq., and according to the plat, plans and specifications thereof which are recorded in Condo Book 2, at Page 134 and 135, all of record in the Probate Office

of Lee County, Alabama. Also conveyed is an undivided interest in the common elements, as a set forth in Article VII of the aforesaid Declaration, as it may have been or may hereafter be
