Market Financial Solutions (MFS) has announced that it is the latest mortgage lender to sign up to the lending panel for Optimum ELITE, which will mean that advisors in that network can access its products.
The mortgage advisors and intermediaries who are members of the Optimum ELITE network will now have full access to the specialist, buy-to-let and bridging loans that MFS offers. The company primarily focuses on sizeable loans, but it also offers products for people who struggle with standard mortgage criteria, either due to issues with their credit history or because they have foreign nationalities.
MFS has its headquarters in London, and it has spent the last year focused on expanding its network of business development managers (BDMs) throughout the Wales and England. It now has more than 12 of these working in locations in both countries.
Speaking to Mortgage Strategy, its national accounts manager Karen Rodrigues stated that the firm was delighted to have teamed up with Optimum ELITE and welcomed the chance to make its mortgage products available to a greater number of advisors.
She then went on to add that:
“Brokers need optionality in the current climate, and we are ready to support their clients in a challenging market with fast and flexible loans, regardless of how complex a borrower’s needs might be.”
MFS recently secured additional financing of over £1 billion.
Those who have done CeMAP courses may see bridging loans becoming more important to clients in the future, making as much access to them as possible important.
