Vote in this year’s Times Money Mentor Awards for a chance to win a European cruise holiday for two
The Times Money Mentor Awards is back and we’re on the hunt for the UK’s best bank and financial app.
The Times and Sunday Times have long since set the standards when it comes to recognising the best brands and products across industries – from The Sunday Times Style Beauty Awards to Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality. Now, we’re tackling the big banks.
The awards are here to help consumers get a better understanding of which companies offer the best products as well as service, including best current account provider, best savings account provider and best investment platform.
The shortlist has been compiled by data provider Fairer Finance which constantly monitors the fees, complaints data and perks of every provider for Times Money Mentor. Fairer Finance scored each provider on customer service, Financial Ombudsman complaints, transparency, trust and satisfaction to help narrow down the shortlist.
There are 14 categories in total. The winners of 12 will be selected by our panel of expert judges – you can view the shortlist here. The final two categories – the UK’s best bank and best financial app – will be judged by you.

Win a holiday for two
One winning entrant will win:
- Seven nights’ accommodation aboard a Riviera River Cruise ship, based on two people sharing a standard cabin.
- Return travel between the UK and the ships port.
- All meals on board from the dinner on the day of arrival to breakfast on the day of departure.
- All excursions included as advertised in the cruise itinerary.
- Complimentary on-board tea and coffee;
- Complimentary on-board Wi-Fi; and Port charges and airport taxes.
Terms and conditions
This competition opens on 3 July 2023 and closes at midnight on 4 September 2023.
All cruises and cabins are subject to availability and this prize is available on selected dates, departing in 2023 or 2024.
The choice of cabin category offered will be at the sole discretion of Riviera Travel. Riviera Travel reserves the right to change the cabin category booked at any time, prior to embarkation.
The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and the UK airport or Eurostar station, travel insurance, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned above. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they and their guest each has a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary visas for their trip.
The winner and their guest must adhere to the government’s travel advice.
All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
Should the winner be unable to accept the prize package for any reason then they will automatically forfeit their claim to the prize and Riviera Travel will select a new winner.
