EVEN though Easters is still weeks away supermarkets have already got delicious chocolates up on shop shelves.
But if you’re looking to indulge in Easter treats you might want to head to Aldi.
The budget supermarket has loads of dupes of popular Easter chocolates already available in stores.
You’ll find Dairy Fine mini mix-ups which are a dupe of the Cadbury Dairy Milk cream eggs and Oreo eggs.
There’s also Poppin’ choc’s which are popcorn and chocolate slabs covered in confectionary, M&S do these too but they are usually quite pricey.
If you like Cadbury mini eggs, Aldi has a similar dupe by Dairy Fine.
Aldi is selling Belgian blonde chocolate office bunnies which are perfect if you are a Caramac fan.
There’s also an Easter gummy sweet mix which has flower and egg-shaped gummies similar to the ones you find in a standard Haribo pack.
The Easter finds were shared on the @treatsinstore Instagram account and the post has already racked up 350 likes.
One user said: “Yum all looks great. Love the idea of the popcorn slab, and hopefully somewhat cheaper than Marks and Spencer.”
“I need some Gilberts!!!!!” cried another.
A third user said: “Excellent stuff.”
You may need to head in store for some of these goodies as a lot of them are already sold out online.
How to save money in Aldi
Aldi is known for its already low prices, so any day you visit the budget supermarket, you’ll likely come across a good bargain.
However, reduced prices usually come into effect on Wednesdays so that’s one of the best days to shop.
Every two weeks Aldi carefully selects six products to feature in its Super Six offer.
But as the deal is refreshed every two weeks, shoppers only have a short window to make the most of the offers until they are changed.
The red stickers in Aldi usually indicate an item has been reduced in price, so they should keep their eyes peeled if they are looking for discounted food.
