But there is one catch – you’ll have a roommate.
The price has gone up for rent on SpareRoom and boasts a double bedroom and shared living room and balcony.
And there are a few restrictions on who can apply.
The current resident of the luxe apartment is looking for a new flatmate who doesn’t smoke, and who doesn’t have pets.
Couples are also not wanted to rent the room.
The description for the rental says: “I am an aesthetic Doctor and travel a lot.
“I have a two-bed luxury flat with a pool, gym, sauna, etc.
“I was thinking of sharing my flat with a person, either professional or student.”
The flat can be found in The Lancasters development, where a two-bedroom apartment is listed on estate agents Savills’ website for a whopping £8.95 million.
