Investing.com — Indian equity benchmark indices closed the July 7-ended week on a marginally higher note. Headlines and gained by 0.74% and 0.87%, respectively during the week.
All eyes will primarily be set on print for June to be released this week, along with the numbers for June, among other domestic and global economic data.
The new week will also mark the first week of the June quarterly earnings season, with market heavyweights including Tata Consultancy Services (NS:) and HCL Technologies (NS:), among other majors, set to release their earnings results for the quarter ending on June 30, 2023.
The week ahead is lined up with multiple key economic data and announcements.
In a note sent to Investing.com, Vinod Nair, Head of Research at Geojit Financial Services said, “Market participants are eagerly awaiting key data points such as domestic and US inflation numbers for further insights into the sustainability of the market trend.”
