The event, which starts on Monday, January 9, is being run from the hotel’s spas called HarSPA and the results will be collated and shared in a league table twice weekly.
The HarSPAs are being opened to non-members for the fundraising dates – Monday, January 9, Thursday, January 12, Thursday, January 19 and Monday, January 26 between 10am and 7pm – with non-members asked to donate a minimum of £10 on the day.
The four days will raise cash for south coast charity Room to Reward, which gives free breaks at top hotels to the most deserving in society
Room to Reward charity director Adam Terpening said: “Harbour Hotels are wonderful supporters of Room to Reward.

“This fundraising challenge is the latest in a long line of fantastic initiatives and we are immensely grateful for their amazing support.
“We couldn’t do what we do without them. We are a small charity making a big impact and funding is, of course, absolutely vital.
“Every penny raised through Fit to Reward helps us make a real difference to charities, communities and the Hidden Heroes who do so much for them.”
James Godwin, people and business administration director at Harbour Hotels Group, said: “At Harbour Hotels, we believe physical and mental well-being are incredibly important.
“The Fit to Reward fundraising month is not only creating some healthy competition between our hotels but also giving people a chance to explore our amazing facilities with just a small donation to Room to Reward.
“This is an incredible opportunity for people to get fit and fundraise and we are excited to support such a worthy charity.”
Non-members should pre-book via harbourhotels.co.uk/fit-to-reward or at the spa reception in any of the hotels.
The Room to Reward charity, which is based at Christchurch, started out with hotels in Dorset and Hampshire and has now signed 650 hotels from across the UK to its initiative.
Room to Reward also plans to hold a fundraising sailing regatta on June 19 and a relaxation and well-being day at Mudeford Quay on July 1.
