SVP, Head of Finance, Billing & Regulatory Reporting Technology

Senior Technology leader with demonstrated track record in defining and driving transformation initiatives to realize significant business enablement and efficiencies. Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and process mapping skills. Experience with implementing and integrating vendor systems and influencing requirements to make sure that as processes are implemented in target state rather than simply replicated. Strong influencing skills required to drive consensus across diverse set of stakeholders and governing committees. Workforce design skills to optimize skill set, resource mix, and resource footprint globally. Transparent, operates with integrity.

What you will be responsible for

  • Execute GTS enterprise Billing Transformation program, managing all aspects of GTS delivery and working with business partners to establish goals, implementation methods, and roadmaps for this multi-year initiative.
  • Manage Financial Regulatory Reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency. Help define and drive enterprise target state Reg Reporting Data Lake solutions.
  • Manage technology agenda and delivery for the Finance organization, including partnering on global redesign and implementing process design across Finance systems.
  • Execute the global Oracle Finance Cloud implementation, including process transformation implementation
  • Design a multi-year plan to drive target state convergence of duplicate systems, such as Expense
  • Partner with FRIBS organization to optimize prioritization queues and agile team availability
  • Optimize global footprint and relationships to maximize ability to execute in region.
  • Build trust across senior stakeholder community.
  • Enablement of a platform retirement structure (for billing) driven through conversion of clients to the defined target state

Salary Range:
$225,000 – $337,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
