Safestyle UK said it is exploring strategic options to remain solvent, including an outright sale of its business.
The door-and-window manufacturer said Wednesday that there is a number of different parties interested in a potential deal, and that the board and its advisors will continue talks with them in the coming days.
Earlier this month, Safestyle said it was engaging with stakeholders to discuss ways to strengthen its balance sheet to support financial recovery.
The company said it has engaged Interpath Advisory to explore strategic options, which also includes capital injection, refinancing, and a sale of shares in subsidiaries.
Safestyle has a market capitalization of 3.4 million pounds ($4.2 million).
