Finance Manager
We’re seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial operations at NTS. Full-time · Dalston, London

The Finance Manager will be responsible for all day-to-day finance processes and the preparation of the monthly management accounts. Reporting to the Finance Director and CEO, they will be the main finance point-of-contact in the business and will look to constantly improve processes and mitigate financial risks.
Responsibilities include
- Preparation of monthly management accounts for review by FD, including cost reviews and balance sheet reconciliations
- Overseeing and managing of Accounts Payable process, including processing weekly payment runs and inputting supplier invoices where necessary
- Credit Control and sales invoicing
- Assessment of financial risks and implementation of risk management strategies
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Assistance with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assistance with year-end statutory accounts process
- Work closely with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be highly organised, with the ability to effectively prioritise their own workload. They will be a fast learner and adaptable to the evolving requirements of a growing business.
- They will enjoy taking ownership of tasks and chipping in where needed to assist colleagues and the needs of the wider team.
Must Have
- Accountancy qualifications (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent experience
- Proven track record running the management accounts process
- Familiarity working across the entire finance function in a SME
- Excellent Excel / Google Sheet skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Dalston, London, with a minimum requirement to work in the office three days a week. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
