My client is seeking a Finance and Operations Analysis Manager for its Wisconsin facility. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing business operations by providing comprehensive financial and operational analysis. This position entails collaborating with various departments to optimize profitability and streamline processes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of factory efficiency, yield, labor costs, and more to enhance profitability.
- Maintain accurate financial models and operational reports.
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives and develop budgets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance.
- Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights and automate reporting processes.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a controller or similar role within manufacturing, preferably in the food industry.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Tableau, Power BI, SAP).
- Strong decision-making skills and intellectual curiosity.
- Proficient in Excel and SQL
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field. CMA/CPA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in cost analysis, financial planning, or related role, preferably in food manufacturing or CPG industry.
