Allen & Overy bolsters Netherlands and EU financial regulatory offering through hire of Pien Kerckhaert NEWS 01 November 2023

Kerckhaert is a well-recognized all-round specialist in the financial regulatory field, with an outstanding reputation in the Dutch financial institutions (FI) sector. She has long been a specialist in financial regulation, with expertise across Dutch and European regulatory law, and representing banks, insurers and private capital investors. Before Dentons she was at law firms NautaDutilh and Finnius, and insurer NN Group.
