As a Barclays US Laws Rules and Regulations (LRR) Mapping Oversight Investment Banking and Research Vice President, you will assist the Global Head of Banking Research and Bank Advisory Compliance with the delivery of Compliance and Legal elements of the group wide program to enhance Barclays’ approach to managing LRR applicable to the firm. Key deliverables for Compliance include overseeing the implementation of the LRR Risk Management Policy and defining the compliance oversight model for LRR.
Salary/ Rate Minimum: $145,000
Salary/ Rate Maximum: $192,000

What will you be doing?
• Helping with the implementation of Compliance and Legal deliverable in the group wide program to enhance Barclays’ firmwide approval to managing LRR
• Participating in the embedment of the LRR Risk Management Policy and Standard in Barclays’ business and compliance lines
• Providing any support needed to senior stakeholders with respect to the LRR program
• Producing key artifacts and reports tot showcase and record Compliance and Legal deliverables
• Identifying any challenges or blockers for delivery and work with stakeholders to effectively resolve these
• Interacting effectively and with credibility with a broad range of stakeholders across all lines of defense
What we’re looking for:
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of Americas regulatory environment and the key LRR that apply to Barclays business operations in the region including for a broker-dealer
• Experience analyzing, implementing and risk managing complex LRR that apply to Barclays business operations in the region
• Experience working in Legal or Compliance or a similar area
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Experience working at a large financial institution and an understanding of risk management frameworks
• Proven experience working independently and engaging with senior stakeholders
• Previous experience working in a fast paced and high- profile environment including proven stakeholder management skills

You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 32-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building.
