US Futures Up, European Stocks Mixed as Investors Digest Central Bank Decisions – Today at 03:48 am

In Europe, the Stoxx Europe 600 dropped 0.3% in morning trading. Polymetal International rose 12.1% and ams-OSRAM added 12%. On the other hand, Atos slipped 9.5%, and Evotec lost 7.8%. The FTSE 100 added 0.2%. Other stocks in Europe were down as France’s CAC 40 decreased 0.2% and Germany’s DAX fell 0.2%.
The Wall Street Journal Dollar Index climbed 0.2% to 96.29.
In commodities, Brent crude was flat at $83.79 a barrel, and WTI crude was flat at $80.10 a barrel.
The German 10-year Bund yield rose by 5.6 basis points to 2.529% from 2.473%, and the yield on the 10-year U.S. Treasury declined by 0.6 basis points to 3.999% from 4.004% Bond prices and yields move in opposite directions.
Stocks in Asia were mixed as Japan’s Nikkei 225 index fell 0.4%, whereas Hong Kong’s Hang Seng gained 1.5%. China’s benchmark Shanghai Composite climbed 1.8%.
