Filip & Company assists Alpha Bank Romania in acquiring Orange Money Romania’s retail operations
Law firm Filip & Company assists Alpha Bank, one of Romania’s leading banks, in the acquisition of the retail activities – payment application, products, and customer portfolio – of Orange Money, the digital financial services provider of Orange Romania. The closing of the transaction is subject to certain conditions precedent, including clearance/confirmation from the relevant regulatory authorities.
