Chase Bank down as users report struggles with accessing accounts


Users are reporting they are facing issues with Chase Bank’s online services, including problems with logging in to their accounts. It comes amid multiple outages over the past few days

Customers of Chase Bank in the US are reporting problems using the bank’s online and mobile app services, including logging in to their accounts.

One frustrated user said: “My balance STILL isn’t updated and deposits not showing… Ever since early Sunday morning, anyone else??”




While another wrote: “I’ve been trying to make a payment on the app for the past few hours. I’m just getting the spinning wheel when I hit the payment button.”

As of 2pm ET, the majority of users (83%) reporting problems on downdetector.com have said they are facing issues with web login, while 11% of them say they are experiencing problems with “Account balances and transactions.” Another 6% say they are having difficulties while trying to log in on smartphone apps.

User reports indicate problems at Chase

A lot of customers have taken to social media to complain about various issues, with the X (Twitter) page ‘Chase Support’ responding, encouraging some of them to call the customer support line on 1-800-935-9935 for deposit accounts or 1-800-945-2000 for credit cards.

It comes as the company’s services have been experiencing major outages recently, affecting thousands of customers.

A user with the handle @TXCobrak also wrote: “@ChaseSupport text delays for logins not working and delays are 30-40 minutes. Can’t logon or use mobile site. ????”
