Associate Director, Transaction Banking FI North America

The Associate Director, Transaction Banking FI North America is important to making this happen and will be responsible for the sale and execution of Transaction Banking products to a targeted portfolio of new and existing Financial Institutions Group (FIG) clients, including Banks and Non-Bank clients. This will primarily be focused on Trade products but will require strong understanding of ANZ’s global proposition across Correspondent Banking, Cash Management and Wholesale Digital

This role will closely with Relationship Managers, Product Partners, Compliance, Implementation/Onboarding and Operations teams you will execute on divisional and TB strategic goals, whilst helping grow and maintain a strong, well-managed portfolio in the USA

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Previous experience or understanding of the US market desired but not a prerequisite
  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior clients, stakeholders and counterparts, including Treasurers, Chief Financial Officers & other Banks.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • A strong understanding of Trade products, Clearing and Payments & Cash Management. Experience working with Financial Institutions highly valued.
  • Strong influencing/communication skills and an ability to work with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
  • Proven understanding of risk management, governance, compliance and regulation

Compensation Benefits

The base salary range for this position is US$165,000 to US$190,000, plus bonus.

This range is determined by the job, location and level of expertise required for this specific role. The final salary offered will consider your capabilities, skills and knowledge.
