Now that Thanksgiving has come and gone, many stores, restaurants, banks and shipping services are reopening their doors to customers on Black Friday.
A number of national retailers and grocery stores closed on Thanksgiving day, a stark contrast to several years ago when shoppers were finishing Thanksgiving dinner early so they could get to the mall or other stores for a jump on Black Friday sales.

The U.S. Postal Service not be delivering mail on Thursday, Nov. 23, nor will retail services be available, the agency told USA TODAY.
