What are the opening hours for Tesco on Bank Holiday Monday?
Tesco stores across the coronation weekend will be open, including on the day of the coronation itself (Saturday, May 6).
On the Monday (May 8), normal bank holiday rules will apply. This means that most of the larger stores will close earlier than usual – usually open between 8am and 8pm, with some closing as early as 6pm.
Tesco Express stores, however, should be open as usual, with regular hours running between 7am and 11pm depending on location.
Rules will differ store to store so the advice is to always check your local hours using Tesco’s store locator before setting off.
