LendInvest Mortgages has appointed four field business development managers (BDMs) – Lois Ashcroft, Ed Appleby, Rod McPherson, and James Hamblin – to enhance its origination efforts and support its growth strategy.
Ashcroft will cover the South West and South Wales region, and joined the business from Pepper Money UK, where she was regional development manager for the South West.
She has over five years of experience in business development and mortgage advisory roles, previously working at Principality Building Society as a mortgage underwriter and customer consultant.
Appleby will oversee the North East and Yorkshire area; he joined from Penrith Building Society, where he was head of products and distribution.
McPherson will cover Scotland, bringing experience from his role as a regional business development manager at Atom Bank, as well as positions at First Mortgage and Halifax.
Finally, Hamblin will oversee business in the South East, and was most recently with KSEYE as a BDM, as well as Step One Finance Limited, Enterprise Finance Ltd, and NatWest.
